About the inspection
You are encouraged to attend the 2 1/2 hr inspection tour in which you will gain valuable insight on the perspective property. During the course of the home inspection you will be educated as to the operation and proper procedures for maintaining the home and it's systems. This will certainly include plumbing, electrical, heating air conditioning, roof condition, potential water damage areas, structural and most everything in between. You will receive the detailed ITA Matrix or Narrative inspection. The report will describe the property condition and further recommendations. You will understand your investment! You will be satisfied that you decided to pick this Pa home inspector for the job at hand.
Certified septic system evaluation is conducted by the Pennsylvania Septage Management Association and their guidelines. These inspectors are intense and provide the most excellent means of evaluation in the industry. You will be educated on how the system works and how to maintain the system. Open tank inspections and full absorption field evaluation will provide you with sound peace of mind for future operation or major repairs needed for future integrity.
PADEP certified radon testing is testing using continuous radon monitors. Placing the device at the lowest livable area of the home for 48 hours under closed building conditions will provide you with insight on radon conditions in the home.
PADEP certified water testing is sent to an independent laboratory for analysis. Water, bacteria, lead, PH, nitrites, iron, hardness, VA, FHA full chemical analysis.
Wood destroying insect, such as termites, inspections will inform you of these pests and the possibility of infestation.
When Lead, Asbestos, Mold, and other major environmental concerns are found we can refer to certified testing companies for further evaluation.
